What is included in a window cleaning service of my home?

Our general window wash includes scrubbing the windows by hand and using scratch free scrub pads to free the window of dirt and grime. Additional services we provide include general wash of interior windows, screen wash and protectant applied, track cleaning, and hard water restoration.

Are you insured?

Yes, Clear View Window Cleaning is licensed, and insured. We carry a multi-million dollar liability insurance policy.

What about my carpets, will they get dirty?

Our motto is; “treat your home as if it were our own.” We always wear shoe covers when we are in your home and we use drop cloths to protect the furnishings in your home.

Do I need to be home to have my windows cleaned?

It is strongly recommended for first time customers to be home the first time that you use our services. We would like for you to be home to answer any possible questions that may arise. We are able to service your home if you cannot be present a the time of service

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Window cleaning is recommended to be done on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). Some circumstances may require the windows to be cleaned on an even more frequent basis.

What types of payments do you accept?

Clear View Window Cleaning accepts Cash Checks and Credit/Debit Cards. Credit and Debit Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Invoicing is available with payment due at 30 days. Payment after 30 days from day of service will be charged a $25 late fee.
